Los montos mínimos de capital que fije el Gobierno Nacional para las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Valores, sólo podrán ser modificados por ley. Los montos mínimos de capital actualmente vigentes para las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Valores corresponden a los señalados con anterioridad a la expedición de la Ley 35 de 1993.
