Licencias. El Ministerio de Defensa y los Comandantes de Fuerza podrán conceder licencias, con justa causa, sin derecho a sueldo, a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, respectivamente, que así lo soliciten hasta por sesenta (60) días, en el año. Estas licencias podrán prorrogarse hasta por treinta (30) días más y en este caso el tiempo de la prorroga no se computará para los efectos de la actividad militar ni para el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales.
