¿Cómo se decreta la acumulación . La acumulación será decretada por la Junta Seccional de oficio o a petición del investigado, o de su abogado, antes de haberse proferido auto de evaluación de la investigación, siempre y cuando la economía procesal así lo demande. Contra el auto que decrete o niegue la acumulación no procede recurso alguno. Decretada la acumulación, se suspende la actuación más adelantada hasta que las otras se encuentren en el mismo estado, se continuarán tramitando conjuntamente y evaluarán en un solo auto.
