º. Criterios para la convocatoria. Antes de suscribir la convocatoria a los concurso para proveer cargos vacantes, el Superintendente deberá verificar que, además de los requisitos mínimos exigidos, el perfil de los mismos se haya diseñado para atender necesidades específicas de la Superintendencia y que las pruebas, su ponderación y calificación, conducirán a seleccionar el mejor candidato con ese perfil particular.
