El que a sabiendas adultere o autorice la adulteración de sustancias, materias medicinales, comestibles y provisiones o bebidas destinadas al consumo y servicio del Ejército, con ánimo de causar daño a éste, y el que en la misma forma y con el mismo fin adquiera o autorice la adquisición de alguno o algunos de dichos elementos adulterados, o los distribuya, o autorice su distribución, será castigado por este solo hecho con la pena de tres a seis años de prisión militar.
