Tránsito de vehículos automotores y de transporte fluvial. Los gobernadores, de conformidad con lo decidido en el consejo departamental de seguridad, podrán restringir la circulación de vehículos automotores, embarcaciones, motocicletas, o de estas con acompañante, desde las seis de la tarde hasta las seis de la mañana, durante el período que se estime conveniente, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
