º. Los Concursos Privados de Méritos, mediante los cuales se adjudicarán los contratos referentes al ejercicio siempre que no se trate de anteproyectos y los de construcción por el sistema de administración delegada, se someterán a las reglas establecidas en los artículos siguientes.
