El Recaudador puede solicitar en todo tiempo que uno o varios de los interesados en el juicio mortuorio, declaren ante el Juez con juramento si determinados bienes pertenecen o nó a la mortuoria, y en caso afirmativo hacer que los especifiquen y relacionen, bajo las sanciones establecidas en esta Ley, sin perjuicio de que el mismo Recaudador pueda denunciarlos.
