Los órganos que ejercen inspección, vigilancia y control y la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN, deberán tomar las medidas necesarias para adecuar sus recursos en orden a observar lo dispuesto y para los fines contemplados en este decreto.
