Destinatarios del subsidio familiar en especie para los programas de educación básica y media. Para hacerse acreedores al subsidio familiar educativo en especie, los trabajadores beneficiarios deberán demostrar ante la respectiva Caja de Compensación Familiar que los ingresos familiares son inferiores a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos legales.

Las pruebas y procedimientos para tales efectos será reguladas por la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar.
