VIGENCIA. Las normas contenidas en el presente Decreto entrarán a regir a partir de su publicación, con excepción de las contenidas en el Capítulo II del Título I y en el Capítulo XV del Título II, las cuales entrarán a regir tres meses después de la fecha de dicha publicación en el DÍA OFICIAL.
