Modificase la reforma 147 del artículo 1º del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: " 147. El artículo 171 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 171. Los vehículos en que se movilicen pasajeros o alimentos, no podrán llevar simultáneamente materiales explosivos, inflamables, tóxicos, venenosos, corrosivos o radiactivos".
