°. Reuniones . La Comisión Intersectorial de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional -CISAN- se reunirá por derecho propio cada seis (6) meses, previa convocatoria realizada por la Secretaría Técnica, con una antelación no menor a quince (15) días hábiles, a su celebración y extraordinariamente a solicitud del presidente de la Comisión cuando se estime necesario.

Parágrafo

La Comisión Intersectorial de Seguridad Alimentaria –CISAN sesionará con la mitad más uno de sus miembros y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría simple. Las sesiones serán presenciales, sin perjuicio de la celebración de reuniones virtuales.
