Los delegados presidenciales deberán rendir a la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República un informe completo sobre la misión por ellos cumplida, las dificultades encontradas para su gestión y los demás aspectos que consideren conveniente reseñar. Con base en dichos informes, que serán compilados en publicaciones que dirigirá la misma Secretaria, esta oficina solicitará las investigaciones que fueren del caso y formularán las denuncias a que hubiere lugar.
