º El sistema obligatorio de boletería y control de asistencia podrá tener dos modalidades, una electrónica y otra manual. Su implantación, instalación, funcionamiento y operación deberá propender por el cumplimiento de los principios establecidos en el artículo 2o. estará sometido a las normas previstas en este Decreto, y a las especiales que se prevean en los instructivos que, para el efecto, dicte la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico -Focine-.
