La multa, como sanción principal, consiste en la obligación de pagar a la caja correspondiente de sueldos de retiro, una suma determinada de dinero. Si pasados treinta días de la ejecutoria de la sentencia, no hubiere pagado, se convertirá en arresto a razón de un día por cada cinco pesos, cuando se imponga como principal y única.
