Los botes se abstendrán de toda maniobra que embarace o impida la pesca por otro bote, en determinado lugar en que está fondeado. Las contravenciones se sancionarán con multas de diez a cincuenta pesos ($ 10 a $ 50), que impondrá el Inspector. Si de ella resultare algún daño o avería, la empresa a que pertenece en contraventor, resarcirá todo perjuicio.
