Información sobre retiro del mercado de dispositivos médicos. El fabricante o titular del registro o el distribuidor de los productos de que trata el presente decreto, deberá informar al Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima, cuando ejecute medidas de prevención, alerta de los productos del mercado, así como la difusión de advertencias relacionadas con dispositivos médicos.
