Resolución de linderos. La resolución que señale una zona minera indígena con la determinación de sus linderos, será inscrita en el Registro Minero y podrá ser modificada en cualquier tiempo por causa justificada mediante resolución motivada, previo concepto favorable de la División de Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno.
