institucionalícese el día ocho (8) de agosto de todos los años, fecha en la que se ha establecido el “Día del egresado del ICBF” como reconocimiento a la población objeto de esta ley. Las entidades que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar podrán realizar actividades para conmemorar este día.
