Procedencia del Sistema de Indemnizaciones Prestablecidas ante cualquier jurisdicción. En todo proceso, sin importar su trámite o jurisdicción, en que se discuta la forma de reparar o indemnizar los perjuicios que resulten como consecuencia de una infracción a los derechos patrimoniales de autor y/o a un derecho conexo, o por las actividades descritas por el artículo 12 de la Ley 1915 de 2018, es posible acudir, a elección del afectado con la conducta, al sistema de indemnizaciones prestablecidas estipulado en el artículo 32 de la Ley 1915 de 2018 y en este decreto reglamentario.
