No se pondrán el sello de garantía de que trata el articulo 60 a las balanzas relacionadas en este capítulo, que vayan a ponerse en uso, sin no se acomodan a las tolerancias señaladas en él; y en cuanto a las balanzas que ya estuvieren en uso, serán condenadas en las forma prevista por el artículo 61, si se propasan el doble de dichas tolerancias.
