Las ligas o asociaciones de radioaficionados están obligadas a informar por escrito al Ministerio de Comunicaciones toda irregularidad o infracción que se cometa en cualquier banda, con el objeto de que éste pueda proceder conforme a las normas legales sobre la materia.
