Con destino a gastos relacionados con la preparación y celebración del Reinado Continental de Turismo, cuya sede le ha sido otorgada al país, para efectuarlo del 22 al 31 de enero de 1960, destínase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) moneda corriente, los cuales serán pagados a la Oficina de Fomento y Turismo de Manizales, entidad a cuyo cargo ha sido puesta la organización del certamen.
