Del presupuesto de cada una de las Cámaras legislativas se destinarán sendas partidas para dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo segundo.

Parágrafo

En el pedestal del busto en la población de Toledo (su tierra natal) se colocará la siguiente inscripción: "El Congreso de Colombia rinde homenaje de admiración a la memoria de J. Emilio Valderrama".
