Es el lugar habilitado por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, por circunstancias o necesidades especiales y temporales de almacenamiento. La solicitud de habilitación deberá tramitarse con anterioridad al arribo de la mercancía al Territorio Aduanero Nacional, acreditando las circunstancias especiales de almacenamiento de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la mercancía
