°. Sustitución pensión de invalidez . Para efectos de la sustitución de la pensión de invalidez, se descontarán los incrementos pensionales al personal al que se aplica el Decreto-ley 2070 de 2003 o la bonificación especial mensual adicional que se hubiere reconocido en los términos del Decreto Legislativo 335 de 1992.
