El Artículo 100 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
Para ser elegido Representante se requiere ser ciudadano en ejercicio y tener más de veinticinco años de edad en la fecha de la elección.
Ninguna persona que haya sido condenada por sentencia judicial a pena de presidio o prisión, puede ser elegida Representante. Se exceptúan de esta prohibición los condenados por delitos políticos.
