El archivo del Ministerio no tiene carácter público y su consulta deberá ser autorizada en forma escrita por el Ministro o su delegado, teniendo en cuenta la materia consultada y el objeto de la consulta. La publicación de datos atinentes a circunstancias o negociaciones reservadas no podrá ordenarse antes de treinta (30) años de ocurridos tales eventos.
