Si el tiempo de servicio fuere mayor de quince años, el Oficial retirado en las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 38 de este Decreto, tendrá derecho, además de su sueldo de retiro, a que el Tesoro Público le pague una compensación en dinero equivalente a veinte meses del último sueldo devengado.
