Art. 118. Recibida y repartida la causa en la Corte, el sustanciador ordenará, por medio de un auto, poner aquel hecho en noticia de las partes; y si cualquiera de ellas pidiere, dentro de cinco días de notificado el auto, que la causa se reciba á prueba. se recibirá por un término que no podrá pasar de veinte días.
