Decreto 1475 de 2008 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 2828 de 2006 y el Decreto 061 de 2007 para incluir al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, como miembro de la Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional de Competitividad y como Coordinador Nacional de las Comisiones Regionales de Competitividad.

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 6º del Decreto 2828 del 2006, modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 061 de 2007, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 3

Secretaría Técnica Mixta. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Nacional de Competitividad será de carácter mixto, ejercida conjuntamente por el Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y por un representante del sector privado, propuesto por los miembros del sector privado que integran la Comisión y designado por la Comisión Nacional de Competitividad".
