Admitida la primera Tercería, el ejecutante recobra el derecho de denunciar más bienes del ejecutado que prestó caución de saneamiento, salvo que ésta cubra, a juicio del Juez, todos los créditos que se persiguen, o que el ejecutado mejore la caución.

Los terceristas, a su turno, con las limitaciones preindicadas, pueden denunciar más bienes del ejecutado.
