Objeto. El objeto del presente decreto es efectuar el cierre del presupuesto bienal 2019 – 20202 del sistema General de Regalías con base en los montos finales de los recursos recaudados por el sistema de giros efectivamente realizados, teniendo en cuenta la distribución inicial hecha de conformidad con la ley 1942 de 2018 y adicionar el presupuesto bienal 2021 – 2022 incorporando la Disponibilidad Inicial 2021-2022. El presente decreto se adiciona al presupuesto bienal 2021-2022 del Sistema General de Regalías el saldo del mayor recaudo 2017-2018 al que se refiere el artículo 15 de la Ley 2072 de 2020.
