La Comisión de Especialidades Farmacéuticas, creada por el artículo anterior, se servirá para el fiel cometido de sus funciones, del Instituto Nacional de Higiene, el cual será dotado por el Gobierno de los elementos que necesite para la correcta prestación del servicio. Destínase la cantidad de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000), que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en este artículo.
