ARTICULO 58. COMUNICACION ENTRE USUARIOS MOVILES EN EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL. La comunicación entre usuarios del servicio de telefonía móvil celular en el Territorio Nacional, podrá hacerse sin recurrir a la utilización de la RTPC, sin perjuicio de las condiciones de compatibilidad establecidas en este Decreto para cada una de las redes. En caso de requerirse la utilización de RTPC los operadores de ella no podrán oponerse a su utilización según las reglas y cargos que fijen la ley y este Decreto.
