Los profesores que ejerzan su magisterio en escuelas oficiales destinadas a la educación de ciegos, sordomudos, atrasados mentales y degenerados físicos, gozarán desde que las circunstancias del Tesoro lo permitan, de los siguientes sobresueldos: los profesores de más de cinco años de trabajo tendrán derecho hasta un diez por ciento (10 por 100), los que hayan trabajado en estas instituciones de diez años en adelante, a un quince por ciento (15 por 100). Cuando sus servicios pasen de quince años, a un veinte por ciento (20 por 100) y de veinte años en adelante tendrán derecho a una jubilación.
