E. La publicación de esta Ley debe ser dirigida por la Comisión Legislativa, la que puede hacer los cambios de redacción que las modificaciones introducidas hagan estrictamente indispensables en orden a la congruencia y armonía que deba haber en las diferentes partes de las misma.
