Todo aeródromo o aeropuerto público podrá ser utilizado por cualquier aeronave privada, mediante remuneración establecida e tarifas previamente aprobadas por el Gobierno.

Ninguna aeronave privada podrá utilizar un aeródromo o aeropuerto privado sin permiso del empresario correspondiente, salvo el caso de fuerza mayor.

Las aeronaves del Estado podrán usar gratuitamente cualquier aeródromo o aeropuerto nacional o particular, público o privado.
