Art. 7º En dicha Secretaría se llevará un registro de los pliegos de propuestas, en el cual se expresará el día y la hora en que se hayan introducido, y en orden numérico. El registro de la introducción de cada pliego llevará la firma del empleado que extienda la diligencia.
