El Cajero Pagador manejara los fondos que por cualquier motivo ingresen a la caja del instituto; en consecuencia, prestará la fianza legal correspondiente, a satisfacción de la Contraloría General, entidad a la cual rendirá sus cuentas referentes a las sumas recibidas del Tesoro Público y sus inversiones, y también aquellas que se refieran al movimiento relacionado con las rentas del establecimiento. El Administrador prestará igualmente fianza legal a satisfacción del Contralor General de la República.
