º. Ingreso Base de Liquidación. El Ingreso Base de Liquidación del personal al que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo primero del presente decreto será igual al Ingreso Base de Cotización señalado en el artículo anterior, teniendo en cuenta en todo caso el promedio de salarios o rentas, sobre los cuales ha cotizado establecido en el artículo 21 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
