De la delegación de la inspección y vigilancia sobre el patrimonio de las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común de ámbito nacional. Delégase en el Ministro de Protección Social la inspección y vigilancia sobre las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común cuyo objeto consista en la prestación de servicios de salud en el ámbito nacional, con el fin de asegurar que sus rentas se conserven y sean debidamente aplicadas y que en todo lo esencial se cumpla la voluntad del fundador o fundadores. (Artículo 43 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
