La licencia de funcionamiento que expidan las entidades concesionistas a favor de los concesionarios, tendrá un valor de un mil pesos ($ 1.000) durante el año de 1982. El valor de la licencia podrá ser reajustado cada dos (2) años a juicio del Ministerio de Salud, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del mercado y las conveniencias económicas de tal determinación. En todo caso, el reajuste deberá ser consultado con las entidades confusionistas.
