º . Ingreso de agentes profesionales bachilleres al cuerpo profesional especial . De acuerdo con el artículo 3º de la Ley 21 de 1979, los Agentes profesionales de la Policía Nacional que hayan obtenido, obtengan y acrediten el título de bachiller clásico podrán ingresar al cuerpo profesional especial, aunque no reúnan las condiciones de tiempo de servicio y edad determinados en el artículo 2º de la mencionada ley.

Parágrafo

Iguales requisitos deberán acreditar el auxiliar de policía con título de bachiller, para ingresar al cuerpo profesional especial, después de haber terminado de prestar el servicio a que se refiere la Ley 2 a de 1977.
