Los Jefes Oficiales é individuos de tropa á quienes se les siga causa, gozarán, desde que se dicte auto de proceder y durante el juicio, de la tercera parte de sus sueldo los primeros, y de la ración diaria los últimos. En caso de que el fallo fuere absolutorio, tendrán derecho á que se les abone la diferencia desconectada.
