Art. 1828. Los frutos pendientes al tiempo de la restitución, i todos los percibidos desde la disolución de la sociedad, pertenecerán al dueño de las respectivas especies.

Acrecen al haber social los frutos que de los bienes sociales se perciban desde la disolución de la sociedad.
