Ámbito de aplicación. Este capítulo es aplicable a los municipios, distritos y departamentos, a los administradores u operadores de atractivos turísticos, así como a las autoridades competentes para fijar la capacidad de los atractivos turísticos.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.8.1.2. Criterios para la declaratoria. La declaratoria de un bien, conjunto de bienes, área del territorio, actividad, evento o acontecimiento como recurso turístico relacionados con la zona marino-costera será realizada por el Concejo Distrital, previa solicitud del Alcalde Distrital.
