º . Los negocios del Banco serán a cargo

1.

De la Junta Directiva.

2.

Del Gerente.

3.

De un Comité Ejecutivo que la Junta Directiva podrá establecer cuando lo estime conveniente.

4.

Del Subgerente o Subgerentes y de los Gerentes de Sucursales o Juntas Asesoras de éstas.

5.

De un Auditor que se nombrará por el Comité Nacional de Cafeteros de la Federación. El Auditor ejercerá las funciones inherentes a su cargo, especialmente las señaladas, por la Ley 73 de 1935, para los Revisores Fiscales. Junta Directiva.
