Art 4°. El artículo 68 quedará así: Los Administradores de Aduanas pondrán al pié de cada manifiesto, en el acto de su presentacion, el dia i la hora en que tenga lugar, i rubricarán todas sus pájinas. La nota de pretentacion la firmar también el Contador.
